These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Internet Friends mobile application and related services ("Service") operated by Internet Friends ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account

You must sign in with Apple to use Internet Friends. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Internet Friends offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after notice.

Chat interactions consume credits. Free accounts receive a limited number of credits. Pro subscribers receive a monthly credit allowance that resets each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over. We may adjust credit allowances with reasonable notice.

You retain ownership of content you create through the Service, including chat messages and uploaded images. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not use your content for training AI models or any purpose other than delivering the Service to you.

The Service provides AI-generated responses. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI responses.

The Service runs an AI agent that can execute code and interact with external services on your behalf. AI actions may produce unintended results. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs and actions before relying on them. We are not liable for any consequences of AI-generated content or actions.
